The experience and preparation in the risk management field with financial institutions have set the basis to construct more sound organizational methods to reduce not only financial risks, but environmental and social risk which are potentially adverse to the sustainability of any business organization.  In the global aspect the financial and administrative management focuses on profit orientation and financial risk with clear understanding that the well being of the environment and the community is an integral part of the profit and key in defining the success of any type of endeavor or project.  

Professional qualifications support the independence in performing the fiduciary building work in the context of financed projects and other activities in Central America and areas were the basic goal is the economic growth, which in turn promotes the human development in the best sustainable manner.
